Your selected partnership benefit is confirmed before portrait day and recorded in the service agreement.

• $0 to your centre. No setup, photography or portrait-day session fee.
• A 10% net fundraising return OR complimentary professional educator portraits plus one complimentary one-hour photography session for your centre.

Option 1: 10% fundraising return

Net portrait sales means the portrait revenue remaining after applicable production and transaction costs. If the centre selects this benefit, its fundraising return is calculated as 10% of that net amount.

Fundraising return = (portrait sales − production costs − transaction costs) × 10%

Option 2: educator portraits + a one-hour centre session

Instead of the fundraising return, the centre may choose complimentary professional portraits for its educators plus one complimentary one-hour photography session for the centre. The session can support staff, centre marketing, classroom activity, graduation or event photography, subject to the agreed scope.

The one-hour session follows the agreed scope, requires advance booking and is subject to availability. It is for the participating centre and has no cash value.

What families pay for
