BUILT AROUND YOUR CENTRE

Built for the way
your centre works.

Clarity in the moment

Give authorised staff a live view of classroom activity, helping your team respond while a situation is unfolding.

Reassurance your centre can offer

Plan a parent-view option on your terms, in the rooms and hours you choose, so your team can show how daily care works.

Boundaries planned together

Agree consent procedures, room permissions, viewing hours and appropriate camera locations before a pilot begins.

YOUR CENTRE SETS THE RULES

Your rooms. Your hours. Your people.

Your school decides whether to offer parent viewing. The pilot will validate room assignments, viewing schedules, pause controls and access removal around your staff workflow.

LOCAL INSTALLATION & SUPPORT

From a site visit
to a shared plan.

One local team to plan cameras, cabling, on-site equipment and support around your rooms and daily routines.

  1. 01

    Plan

Review your rooms and agree camera positions, consent procedures and viewing rules with your centre.

  2. 02

    Install

Plan discreet wired PoE cameras: one cable for power and data, with less reliance on classroom Wi-Fi.

  3. 03

    Connect

Plan the on-site connection to EIZO’s viewing platform, where authorised families would access their assigned feed.

  4. 04

    Watch

Validate room assignments, viewing schedules, pause controls and access removal during the pilot setup.

AGREE THE BOUNDARIES BEFORE THE PILOT

Privacy planned
with your centre.

Written consent procedures

Agree family consent and viewing arrangements before enabling parent access.

Room-level permissions

Assign accounts to agreed rooms and test that other classroom views stay unavailable.

Hours set by your centre

Choose viewing windows and test that an already-open stream stops when the window ends.

Appropriate camera locations

Keep washrooms and change areas outside camera coverage; your school approves placement.

Live-only version one

Recording, playback and video storage are outside the v1 design scope.

Canadian hosting requirement

Verify hosting, stream routing and service-provider processing before a pilot starts.

Consent procedures, a written viewing policy, access controls and data-handling arrangements will be reviewed and verified before pilot activation.

CONFIDENCE YOUR CENTRE CAN SHOW

An advantage
parents notice.

For many families, choosing a centre starts with understanding their child’s day. A parent-view option, in the rooms and hours you choose, gives your team a practical way to explain how your centre keeps families connected.

EIZO works through the viewing policy and support responsibilities with your management team, so the service fits your centre’s everyday operations.

COMMON QUESTIONS

The details,
clearly.

Is Parents Cam bought by the school or subscribed to by parents?

This is a B2B service for schools, daycare operators and preschool directors. The school decides whether to participate, camera placement and viewing arrangements. Parents cannot independently purchase or activate classroom access.

Does the system record video?

Version one is planned for live viewing only, without recording, playback or video storage. These settings must be verified before a pilot starts.

Who can see our classrooms?

The planned service gives your school control over authorised staff and, if you enable parent viewing, assigned family accounts. Parents would see only their assigned room during your chosen hours. Access controls must be validated before activation.

What does our centre need to provide?

For an initial enquiry, share your location, room count and a summary of your current network. A site discussion then defines cameras, cabling, on-site equipment, platform setup and installation scope.

Who installs and supports it?

EIZO Studio is based in Richmond and plans local installation and support, with communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The pilot proposal confirms the actual service scope.

Which areas can join the pilot?

Pilot enquiries are open in Richmond, British Columbia, while the viewing platform is in development and validation. Nearby Lower Mainland schools can discuss their needs; installation and support elsewhere must be confirmed separately.

Will data stay in Canada?

Canadian hosting is a requirement before a pilot. Hosting, live-stream routing and service-provider processing are still being verified; we are not yet claiming Canadian-only processing.

How do we discuss scope and pricing?

A school owner, principal or authorised director can book a 15-minute walkthrough. We review your site, rooms and camera positions, then scope equipment, installation, the platform and ongoing support in a pilot proposal. There is no published flat price.
